It's been a while since I've been sick.
I still feel like I am because my weight and the bloating hasn't come down.
It's like the last 10lbs that you need to lose when you're exercising and you have this goal in mind.
I feel better these days but sometimes I forget.
How awful it was when I was sick.
How bloated my feet would get.
How I couldn't even stand to go to the bathroom.
I have to think about the positive stuff though.
I need to be thankful.
That I can go to the bathroom without any pain.
That I can go to work, go home and still be able to do stuff.
It's been a while and sometimes I forget.
I shouldn't be too hard on myself.
It will come.
It's been a year and I'm way better than before.
